How the lines fit together

The published research, the strategic advisory, and the BD advisory reinforce one another but are bought on different motions.

Research is the discovery surface — buyers find SUDEVCO via search or referral and start with a report. A subset of report buyers escalate to strategic advisory when the report is read but the in-house team needs the analysis applied to a specific decision.

BD advisory is mostly referral-driven — a founder needs help closing a licensing deal, a corporate needs help structuring a partnership, a small biotech needs help building a BD function. The research underwrites the credibility, but the capability being bought is dealmaking itself.

The three lines are additive, not substitutes. Pricing is per-engagement; we scope every conversation against the specific decision and timeline.
