The website
sudevco.be is operated by SUDEVCO CommV ("we"). The content on this site is published for informational purposes. We make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, but the content does not constitute investment advice, legal advice, or regulatory guidance. SUDEVCO publishes named analyst judgments, clearly labelled, alongside sourced facts.
Sale of research
Published reports and investor briefs are sold under the licence terms set out on the licence page. Purchase is via Stripe Checkout; the seller of record is SUDEVCO CommV. Stripe Tax computes VAT for EU purchases.
Digital reports are delivered immediately on successful payment via a time-limited signed URL emailed to the address provided at checkout. Paid editions are personalised with the licensee's name (single-user) or company name (enterprise) on the watermark of every page.
Refunds
Reports are personalised to the licensee on delivery. Because delivery of a personalised digital product begins immediately on payment, EU distance-selling regulations permit us to disapply the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, and by completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge this. All fees are therefore non-refundable. If a delivered file is materially incomplete or technically unusable, contact info@sudevco.be within 14 days and we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund it.
Advisory engagements
Advisory engagements are governed by a separate engagement letter signed between SUDEVCO CommV and the client. The engagement letter takes precedence over these website terms for the scope of that engagement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, SUDEVCO CommV's liability arising from the purchase or use of a report is limited to the licence fee paid for that report. We accept no liability for investment decisions taken on the basis of information in our published research.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law; disputes are subject to the courts of Ghent.
