Licence tiers
SUDEVCO sector research is issued under one of two licence tiers, both granted by SUDEVCO CommV ("we", "us") to a named licensee ("you") for the SUDEVCO edition identified on the invoice.
Single-user licence — granted to a single named individual whose name appears on the invoice. The licence permits the named individual to read, store, and refer to the licensed edition for that individual's own professional use. Each page of the licensed PDF carries the named individual's name as a visible watermark.
Enterprise licence — granted to a named legal entity. The licence permits the employees and contractors of that entity to read, store, and refer to the licensed edition for the entity's own internal professional use. Each page of the licensed PDF carries the licensed entity's name as a visible watermark. The licence does not extend to other legal entities (including affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries) or to any external distribution.
What both tiers permit
- Internal reading, reference, and citation within the licensed scope (named individual or named entity).
- Internal printing of physical copies, provided the watermark is preserved.
- Short quotation in internal documents, with attribution to the licensed edition.
What is not permitted
- Redistribution outside the licensed scope — to other individuals (single-user), outside the licensed legal entity (enterprise), or to the public.
- Hosting on any internet-facing or externally accessible repository, or otherwise extending access beyond the licensed scope (the named individual, or staff of the licensed entity).
- Removal, alteration, or obscuring of the watermark or any per-copy traceability hash.
- Use of the licensed material to train or fine-tune a machine-learning model.
- Resale, sub-licensing, or commercial reuse of the licensed material as part of another product or service.
Traceability
Each issued copy carries a per-copy traceability hash embedded in the PDF. The hash allows a leaked copy to be traced back to the licensee whether or not the visible watermark has been redacted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law; disputes are subject to the courts of Ghent.
